TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

• The user makes an untrue representation;
• There are any changes of your name or address which would affect our rights under the agreement. If termination is notified to be due to breach, wer shall retain all sums paid by the user until such time as there are no further grounds for termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws. The courts have jurisdiction over any matter that may arise out of these terms; you agree to submit to their non-exclusive jurisdiction, waiving all objections thereto.
